Q: What are your qualifications?
A: At Kids Sports USA our Staff are well qualified, USAG safety certified and attend professional development courses to keep up with the newest techniques and latest trends.
Kids Sports USA follows the USA Gymnastics guidelines for instruction, training and coaching. USAG is the national governing body for gymnastics in the United States. We start with proper fundamentals in all areas of programming and continue with basic progressions which lead to the more difficult skills, and then master and perform the most difficult routines.
Q: What should my child wear to their classes class?
A: Girls - should wear a leotard or shorts and a T-shirt. No tights! Warm-ups are permitted.
Boys – should wear shorts and a T-shirt. Warm-ups are permitted.
